Our company has been established in 1993 and online business we started as early as 2002 with an other type of e-commerce site which is still running strong and good. All international orders can be made trough our website, we currently ship worldwide to 223 countries. Payment methods for International orders are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All parcels are shipped from Finland with UPS or in co-operation with the national postal service of the destination country.

We are proud of our fast delivery times here at Mökkimies.com. To Finnish destinations the parcel usually arrives during the next day (excluding weekends). For International deliveries we use UPS and Finnish postal service Priority and EMS shipping with a delivery time of 1-14 days depending on shipping method and destination.

These times apply if you have placed your order before 14.00 (GMT +2) so the parcel ships out the same day.

The online store will automatically send you a tracking number for the parcel when the product(s) are picked up for packing.

We believe that you will be satisfied with the products you ordered. Still, situations can arise where it is necessary to return the product. Therefore we have refined the return process to be as smooth as possible. You have a right to return the product within 30 days starting on the date you received it. You can either replace the product with another product or receive a refund.

Please note that outside Finland you will have to pay the postal fees for your return, unless you have received a faulty or wrong product. In case of customer return for unwanted or damaged goods, or if you have received an wrong item, please contact us before doing anything else by email: info@mokkimies.com or by telephone: +358 10 525 1826

In case of buyer’s remorse, please remember that the product you are returning has to be unused and in the condition you received it in.

How to order:
Browse products on the official Helikon-Tex or Direct Action websites and contact us. We will include your order in the next scheduled restock.

We place weekly replenishment orders from the Polish warehouse and can also accept customer special orders for products that are not currently in our own stock or listed in our online store.

Once you find the product you need (model, size, color), contact our customer service. We will send you a direct payment link and add the product to the next replenishment order.
