All international orders can be made trough our website, we currently ship worldwide to 223 countries. Payment methods for International orders are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. All parcels are shipped from Finland with DHL or in co-operation with the national postal service of the destination country.

We are proud of our fast delivery times here at Mökkimies.com. To Finnish destinations the parcel usually arrives during the next day (excluding weekends). For International deliveries we use DHL and Finnish postal service Priority and EMS shipping with a delivery time of 1-14 days depending on shipping method and destination.

These times apply if you have placed your order before 14.00 (GMT +2) so the parcel ships out the same day.

The online store will automatically send you a tracking number for the parcel when the product(s) are picked up for packing.

We believe that you will be satisfied with the products you ordered. Still, situations can arise where it is necessary to return the product. Therefore we have refined the return process to be as smooth as possible. You have a right to return the product within 30 days starting on the date you received it. You can either replace the product with another product or receive a refund.

In Finland we have this thing called Mökki. You might wonder what the hell it is and why our store name is Mökkimies.com. Ok, explanation might be needed. Mökki is a Finnish word for cabin or cottage. A place where you can escape to from an exhausting and busy city life. Go on and run back to the wild if we may say. Mökki is located usually by the lake, but can be on an small island at sea as well.

When we are at our Mökkis, we swim, go fishing, take a sauna, get drunk, bbq and ultimately, be closer to nature than normal. A way of ultimate relaxation for Scandic people. These Mökkis are usually located in the middle of nowhere as well. So you can experience an absolute solitude if you wish so. That is the Mökki we are talking about.

And all the products we sell here, are something that we use or could use on our cabins when we are having our own getaways from modern life. Back to the nature we say. Of course, you choose what you need and pick stuff according to that. The Finnish way is not always the right way.
