MFH IFAK accessory pocket enables First Aid accessories to be attached quickly to within reach. The main compartment has flexible sides, so you can easily fit larger accessories, such as a walkie-talkie. The main compartment closes with Velcro and there is a patch on the front for customizing the pocket.

In the upper part of the pocket there is a loop with Velcro, where you can attach, for example, trauma shears / scissors. On the back there is a molle fastening and two snap-on links for horizontal and vertical fastening. The product is delivered without contents.
