Direct Action Combat Stretcher Wrap is a compact casualty evacuation system that includes both the soft Combat Stretcher and its dedicated Wrap carrier. The complete system is designed for rapidly evacuating an injured person from buildings, vehicles, confined spaces, and other environments where conventional rigid stretchers may be difficult to use.

Rapid-deployment casualty stretcher

The soft Combat Stretcher is constructed from two layers of rip-stop nylon, providing high durability while keeping the system lightweight. It features a total of eight carrying handles, four on each side, allowing several rescuers to assist with casualty transport.

Additional loops allow poles to be inserted through the stretcher, making it possible for two people to carry a casualty when suitable poles are available.

The stretcher rolls into a compact package inside the Wrap carrier. A quick-release system provides fast, one-handed access when the stretcher needs to be deployed.

MOLLE/PALS attachment

The Wrap features a single MOLLE/PALS attachment column, allowing the complete stretcher system to be mounted to a backpack or other compatible equipment. This keeps the evacuation stretcher readily accessible without requiring a separate carrying bag.

The carrier is made from durable Cordura® 500D and Nylon 210D laminate, providing a practical balance of durability, low weight, and compactness for demanding field use.
