Weighing just 930g and packing into a waterproof Cordura compression sack, it won’t take up valuable space in your pack. The hydrophobic DownTek® treatment keeps the down dry and lofty even in damp conditions, making the Lyng +5 a reliable choice for the unpredictable Nordic summer.

Freedom of movement and comfort: Center YKK anti-snag zipper – easy entry and exit without snagging. Dual side zips for arms – drink your morning coffee or organize gear without leaving the bag. Foot-end zipper – lets you walk around while still inside the bag. Great for slow mornings, or for ventilation on warm nights. Adjustable draft collar – prevents cold air from creeping in at the neck.

Warmth and protection in damp conditions:

• 850 FP DownTek® down – retains loft and insulation even in humid weather.
• 10D ripstop nylon shell with DWR finish – repels moisture and extends durability.
• Internal baffles – keep warmth evenly distributed and eliminate cold spots.

Smart storage solutions:

• External pocket – roomy enough for clothing.
• Foot-end inner pocket – dries damp socks or clothing using body heat.
• Small upper inner pocket – a safe spot for your phone or valuables.

After use – caring for your down bag:

• Air out – shake and hang to dry after each night.
• Storage – do not store in the compression sack; use the included mesh bag instead.
• Washing – wash only when necessary with down-specific detergent (e.g. Nikwax Down Wash). Tumble dry on low heat with drying balls. Allow plenty of time – drying may take several hours.
