Mil-Tec Outdoor Survival Cutlass Knife

Product infoThis survival knife is influenced by the Nepalese kukri knives, and is well suited for most jobs out in the wild. Originally these slightly curved knives were used both for combat and work, but today they are best suited for clearing bushes and even chopping wood.
The knife is a bit heavier on the tip, which makes it adequate for the abovementioned tasks, even though it doesn't exactly replace an axe. It's a more like a hybrid of a knife and an axe.
- Versatile knife for the wilderness
- Suitable for carving, chopping and cutting wood
- Total length: 35cm
- Blade length: 22cm
- Matte black blade
- Nylon sheath
ReviewsReview this product
Order arrived quickly, thanks! The steel of the blade is better than expected, tried a bit of batoning, had no problem, so I guess it can take a bit of rough treatment, it's doesn't seem too brittle. Keeps the edge so and so. Tried a bit of machete action too, wasn't great but worked okay. Was a bit better after regrinding the cutting edge smoother. My main problem with it was that the handle was a bit loose, I could feel it moving. Otherwise not too bad for a bit of brush wacking etc. The sheath is quite good btw, hangs nicely and doesn't get in your way. Anyway, managed to loose the knife somehow and now I miss it so I guess it really wasn't too bad at all.
