Helikon-Tex Bushcraft First Aid Kit is a particularly handy first aid kit, which is designed to be carried on a belt or on a MOLLE/PALS system when you are busy with various bushcraft stuff - you can always have a mishap and when dealing with e.g. an axe, saw and knife - so it is good to have a comprehensive set of person patching tools in case of an accident. This pouch also has a separate internal tourniquet pocket.

The set consists of a rectangular case and a detachable insert with a pull handle. The insert can also be transported without a case.  The first aid pouch is divided on the inside so that you can easily configure your own first aid setup with everything you need for the trip: pressure bandage, gauze, plaster, wound cleaning, rubber gloves, shears, tourniquet and other related things. In the middle of the insert, there is a small zippered pocket that can be removed from the pouch configuration if necessary.

The pouch can be attached to a backpack or belt with the MOLLE/PALS system, but if these are not available, the Med Pouch is also made to fit on a standard max. 50mm wide regular belt. If using regular belt carry, the pouch is oriented horizontally vs. vertically seen on the pictures. The Med Pouch can also be positioned horizontally on the PALS -system - this is done with the supplied Woojin buckles, in the same way as with the Foxhole Bag from the same company.
